In 2013, the Bryst Soccer Academy technical staff assisted the Ontario Soccer Association in developing their new Grassroots Soccer Curriculum. Its purpose is to provide coaches across Ontario with a program of coaching tailored to suit a soccer player’s needs as they progress through the early stages of Long Term Player Development. The Grassroots Soccer Curriculum incorporates elements of Bryst’s own soccer curriculum – programs we have been developing and tweaking for over 10 years. We continue to improve our programming by selecting coaching ideas and programming methodologies from all over the world. In the picture above we are using elements of the OSA grassroots curriculum, the preferred training model, the Coerver method, Futsal, The GAG methodology and Bryst’s own development model.
