Program Overview

Top Dogs athletes: Ages 7-21 Top Dogs is an advanced program by selection or tryout only, where peer level and intensity are higher. It is a supplemental development program for players who play with a Club team in the summer and/or winter season. Our goal is to develop and strengthen your play and to challenge you to higher levels. Through various initiatives and programs, we also strive to create future opportunities for your soccer career. Verbal and written evaluations are provided at all sessions. Refer to our Player Development Pathway to see the progression of a player through the different levels of Bryst.

Summer Camps Overview

Top Dogs is an advanced program for identified players by selection or tryout only. This program is offered to male and female competitive players ages 7-18; field players and goalkeepers. There are limited spots available. Groups are divided by age/skill level. The Top Dogs Summer Camp Program is a 1/2 day program offered in the mornings from 9 am – 12 noon daily. Full days, are available by adding on the second 1/2 day program at a discounted rate. A verbal and written assessment is provided for each player at the end of each week of camp.

A fully comprehensive, Specialized Goalkeeper Training Program is offered for all goalkeepers! The Goalkeeper Program is conducted by our Head Goalkeeper Coach – visit our Goalkeeper Training page for more info.

Campers are required to bring hats, sunscreen, and lots of water (& lunch when staying for the full day!). All participants receive a Top Dogs t-shirt, shorts, and socks. If you are not currently a Top Dogs player and think this is the program for you, please contact us to arrange your free tryout.

Summer Skillz 2016

Designed for soccer players ages 7 – 21, based on the Bryst Player Development Model.  Advanced, high-level training sessions. A great program to supplement team training or bring your game to the next level. Please see “Goalkeeper Training” page for Top Dogs GK program info.

Who can attend?

  • Top Dogs is offered to male and female athletes, field players and goalkeepers, between the ages of 7 and 21 through selection or tryout.
  • Only a limited number of spots are available for our Top Dogs Program!
  • If you are not selected for the Top Dogs program, you have the opportunity to register for the Elite Training Program.
  • Players in this program will also be developed and evaluated very closely for their future potential in Bryst Top Dogs and other programs.

  • Our professional coaching staff include nationally and provincially licensed coaches from Canada, U.S, and UEFA.
  • We work diligently with our athletes to create a path to scholarship opportunities, Provincial and National Teams, and Professional Clubs.
  • Weekly topics building on individual skills and techniques, towards more tactical and complex activities.
  • We have an on-site athletic therapist to ensure the well-being of our athletes.
  • Bryst International Inc. has developed a ‘full service’ soccer program for elite players and coaches.
  • Every one of our coaches is carefully selected, holding advanced licences.
  • Our program is set up to meet the needs of our male and female athletes with input from parents and coaches who care.

How Do I Register?

  • All currently identified Top Dogs can register through the Bryst office.
  • Acceptance into the Top Dogs program is based on direct invitation or tryout. There is no charge for tryouts. For further information or to organize a tryout, contact us.

  • Late registrations will be accepted as long as spaces are available.
  • All late starts will be pro-rated to your start date.
