Bryst Football Academy is an elite youth soccer academy and club in the Vaughan, Woodbridge, York Region and Greater Toronto Area. We are a sanctioned club member of York Region Soccer Association (YRSA) with a year-round competitive teams program in both grassroots u8 to u12 and I-model teams u13 to u18 specializing in the training, development and advancement of dedicated soccer athletes to collegiate/university soccer and beyond.
Bryst Football Academy also provides soccer school training with our skills center for all levels from recreational, elite and professional players.
Bryst Football Academy provides soccer athletes a direct pathway (LTPD) from u8 to u18 through to college and university scholarship opportunities. Our soccer athletes will have the benefit of professional coaching, training and development from former national and international coaches ensuring that the technical fundamentals, tactical awareness and mental performance aspects of the game are taught.
Bryst Football Academy provides soccer athletes with expert academic and athletic guidance through a partnership with 5 Star Recruit Consultant Group. 5 Star Recruit Consultant Group has an expansive college/university coaches network and proven recruiting methods that have helped numerous senior class players with scholarship offers. Our athletes will also have a direct pathway to professional club trials and evaluations.

Is to provide dedicated soccer athletes a direct pathway to collegiate / university scholarships and professional trials by maximizing exposure to coaches through our comprehensive performance excellence program.
Bryst Football Academy is dedicated to providing lifelong memories through the beautiful game of soccer to the youth of our community. Our goal is to set the foundation for a physical life which emphasizes participation, teamwork, fair-play, leadership and community service.
We hope that the time spent in our club will leave each member with a lasting appreciation for fitness, team and community.
The Concept / Our Model
Bryst Football Academy offers an innovative student-athlete curriculum designed to enhance our soccer athletes academic and athletic prowess by incorporating training and development all within a comprehensive and structured program. In addition to the core curriculum, our student-athletes will have access to a host of professionals including coaches, fitness experts, mental performance advisors and recruitment consultants that will provide the mentoring and expert advice to ensure success.
Our soccer athletes receive a true academy style training experience. We have a state-of-the-art facility that is home for our athletes. We have 2 industry leading turf where our training happens. Our 1200 square foot fitness center is outfitted with premier fitness equipment that satisfies an elite athlete’s demands. As well, we have a study hall for our student-athletes to access prior to their training sessions in order to manage their school work, assignments or study for exams. This is truly a unique environment that will prepare our athletes for their academic and athletic transition to the highest level of college/university and beyond.
Bryst Football Academy offers a year-round curriculum that is divided into 2 programs fall/winter (Nov-Apr) and spring/summer (May-Oct). Below is an overview of our 2 programs:
Fall/Winter (Nov - Apr)
- U13-U17: 4-day per week training & game schedule
- U8-U12: 4-day per week training & game schedule
- Training- 1 session per week @ dome (tactical / implementation of principles)
- Year-round training plan periodization in 3 phases: preparation, competition & transition
- Study hall- available weeknights (prior to training)

Bryst Football Academy Leadership Team

KIYAN JADAVJI
Sporting Director
Kiyan Jadavji was promoted to Sporting Director of Bryst Football Academy in January 2025, after 3 years of coaching in various capacities at the club.
Kiyan coached the 2006 Boys IModel team at Bryst Football Academy – a team that won the PISL, NYC Cup, Steel United Showcase, Joe Valvasori Sparta Cup, and reached the finals of York Region IModel. During his time with this team, Kiyan helped 12 players receive collegiate scholarships to continue playing football at the next level. Additionally, during his time as the Technical Lead at Bryst Football Academy, Kiyan helped facilitate trials for 3 players with the Vancouver Whitecaps FC MLS Academy and for another player with the CF Montreal MLS Academy. Now, in addition to his role as Sporting Director at Bryst Football Academy, Kiyan coaches the 2011 Boys IModel team – a team that won the PISL at U13 and reached the finals of the Top Rated Super Cup.
Kiyan is a part of Canada Soccer’s current CONCACAF B Diploma Cohort and also holds certifications in Talent Identification, Performance Analysis & Technical Scouting, as well as a National C License. Kiyan also has a Commerce degree from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto) with a focus on Leadership in Organizations.
During his playing career, Kiyan captained his Showcase Team for 4 years between 2014 and 2018. Most notably, Kiyan captained his team while competing against Colo Colo in Chile, Manchester City in England, and in the San Marino Cup in Italy. Kiyan also played in various international competitions in Spain, Sweden, and the USA. Kiyan was the team’s leading goal scorer for 3 consecutive seasons and selected to the York Region all-district team.
Kiyan continues to emphasize the development of the Bryst Football Academy Player Pathway. Kiyan founded the Bryst Holiday Cup, which saw 4 attendees sign to the TFC MLS Academy in 2024 alone. In addition to this annual tournament, Kiyan works closely with our Bryst technical staff to provide opportunities to our players to showcase their abilities to various MLS Next and International Academies.

Billy Dickson
Director of Academy Teams
Bill Dickson has accomplished much in the beautiful game, including his playing career in the US collegiate ranks. His collegiate and playing career fostered a love and dedication to coaching once his playing career ended.
Coach Billy holds a National B License from Canada Soccer and a UEFA B License from the Scottish FA.
Coach Billy leads by example with his dedication to the teams and players of the academy both on the pitch and in the match analysis room. His ability to teach the game to young players is one of his many strengths.
His coaching accomplishments at Bryst Football Academy include Woodbridge Invitational Tournament Champions U17, I-Model Finalist U18, Steel United Showcase Finalist U13, IModel C1 Finalist U13, Champions Showcase Finalist U14, Top Rated Super Cup Finalist U14, and Ontario Cup Semi-Finalist U14.
As the Director of Academy Teams, Billy focusses on the quality and standards of our teams program from training to match day. Under Billy’s leadership, our teams program has produced special talents who have trialed with the TFC Academy, Whitecaps Academy, CF Montreal Academy, SC Freiburg, Real Betis, and the Provincial Xcel Program. Additionally, our teams program has produced multiple strong, C1 IModel teams who have won several titles in the last 3 years alone.

JIM DICKSON
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
As Technical Director of Bryst Football Academy, Jim brings with him a wealth of coaching experience. Jim believes that coaching is about developing relationships with the athlete and bringing out their peak potential by understanding and nurturing their individual personalities. Jim has over 30 years of soccer coaching experience and has developed a unique coaching style that has gained him great respect and results.
Jim is an active member of the technical staff. His responsibilities included coaching technical camps, player evaluations for team selection as well as academy coaching mentor for a variety of ages.
Jim currently holds his UEFA B Diploma and in the process of completing UEFA A license. He also possesses his (OSA)Technical Director Diploma. Most recently he has a obtained a certificate in Physical Literacy.
Jim has a storied history of coaching and leadership and continuous learning accomplishments with various International Soccer Federations and Associations including English FA, Irish FA, and Scottish FA.
He is also holding a Scottish FA Talent ID award, (US) United Soccer Mental Performance Training ,(US) United Soccer Performance Analysis L2 Diploma.
Jim and the technical staff look forward to having the privilege and the opportunity of working with your children, to help them reach their peak potential on and off the field.
