Duties & Responsibilities:
An Administrative Clerk’s duties and responsibilities contribute to the smooth workflow of the office. They will ensure that all other facets of the company can continue to thrive by maintaining organization and confidentiality.

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping
  • Maintain organized filing methods
  • Answer calls and direct clients accordingly
  • Keep track of inventory
  • Prepare presentation materials or documents as required by management
  • Manage the company budget within the office (supplies, expenses, etc.)
  • Create expense or other reports
  • Separate and distribute both incoming and outgoing mail

Administrative Clerk skills and qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent data processing skills
  • Knowledge of software used by the company
  • Knowledge of payroll programs
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Title: Age Group Head Coach (U9 to U13)

Location: BRYST Football Academy

Reports to: Technical Director and Club Head Coach

Start Date: Immediate

Closing: Until filled

Term: 12-month contract – Part-Time

Salary: Dependent on experience

Background

BRYST provides services to players in development and competitive Soccer. The club is striving to be the best regional club in the area by providing quality programs to all its members. The club are looking to hire Age group Head Coaches for its development teams.

Summary

  • Oversee an age group as set out by the Technical Director.
  • Manage and deliver on-field sessions following the curriculum set out by the Newmarket Soccer Club.
  • Communicate with parents/players and volunteer coaches and respond to all inquiries relating to the age group.
  • Ensure the age group understands and follows the clubs, Ontario Soccer, and Long-term player development plan.
  • Provide on-going feedback to players and parents with at least one formal written assessment provided at the end of the season.
  • Responsible for recruitment from within the recreational division


Qualifications

  • C license or equivalent certification
  • Leadership skills, and mentoring ability
  • Organization skills and the ability to effectively manage resources
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Can work effectively with volunteer coaches, technical staff, and office staff
  • Must clear a criminal record check and vulnerable sector search

Location: Vaughan, Ontario
Reports to: Head of GK Program

Bryst Soccer is seeking Goalkeeper Coaches for their Skill Centre, Academy programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver the technical and tactical goalkeeper program
  • Utilize coaching resources and software to help plan and manage training sessions and game play
  • Establish a periodized season plan aligned with the technical direction of the club and in keeping with program specific requirements
  • Conduct match preparation meetings and analysis specific for the goalkeeper
  • Liaise with other coaches in BFA to identify and promote all BRYST Programs
  • Prepare goalkeeper evaluations as requested by Ontario Soccer (2 per season)
  • Conduct Individual Development Plan Player Meetings (3 per season) – goalkeepers only


Competencies and Skills Required

  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • A clear understanding of the soccer environment in Ontario
  • Support and promote Ontario Soccer Long-term Player Development Plan (LTPD)
  • Responsible for the safety and welfare of all players under your care
  • Extensive knowledge of the game
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  • IDEAL: Ontario Soccer GK Diploma or Ontario Soccer GK Certificate and C License Certified

Salary: Will be based upon qualifications and experience.
